Handmade Nature of Our Pieces
Dea’rt Istanbul products are handmade and hand finished. Subtle variations in tone, texture, and surface character may occur and are considered a natural part of artisanal production.
Orders
When you place an order, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders are processed once payment authorization is completed and an order confirmation is issued.
In case of stock unavailability or a clear system pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Prices and Payments
Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout based on your destination and selected currency. Payments are processed using secure, encrypted systems. Credit card details are not stored on our servers.
Processing and Delivery
All orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times below are after dispatch (processing time not included):
Turkey: 1–2 business days
United States: 1–3 business days
United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
Canada: 1–3 business days
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon: 2–5 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
All returns must be requested by email before sending any item back. Please contact info@deartistanbul.com to start your return request. We will provide the return address and step by step instructions once your request is approved.
We do not charge customers any return shipping fee. Return shipping is covered by us once your return request is approved and the return instructions are shared.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@deartistanbul.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Account and Communications
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for keeping your contact and delivery details accurate. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Dea’rt Istanbul and may not be used without prior written permission.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. For consumer disputes, competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts may apply in accordance with applicable legal thresholds and rules.
