We want you to love your Dea’rt Istanbul piece. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below.
Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Return Request Required
All returns must be requested by email before sending any item back. Please contact info@deartistanbul.com to start your return request. We will provide the return address and step by step instructions once your request is approved.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Fees
We do not charge customers any return shipping fee. Return shipping is covered by us once your return request is approved and the return instructions are shared.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@deartistanbul.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
