Orders and Payments
How do I place an order? Add your selected item to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment using your preferred method.
Which payment methods do you accept? Available options may include credit/debit card and bank transfer (where applicable). The payment options shown at checkout are the valid options for your region.
Is shopping on your website secure? Yes. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted connections, and card details are not stored on our servers.

Shipping
When will my order ship? Orders are prepared in small batches with careful packaging. Shipping timelines are shared on our Shipping and Delivery page.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to selected destinations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes? Depending on your destination, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Returns and Exchanges

My order arrived damaged—what should I do? Please email clear photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist quickly.

Product Care
How do I care for my piece? Use a soft dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and strong cleaning agents. Keep away from prolonged direct water exposure unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos? Each piece is handmade and hand finished, so subtle variations in tone and surface character are natural.

I forgot my password—what can I do? Use the “Forgot password” option on the account login page to reset your password.
