Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

All returns must be requested by email before sending any item back. Please contact info@deartistanbul.com to start your return request. We will provide the return address and step by step instructions once your request is approved.

The Luna Inner Calm Meditation Sculpture Duo is a soft yet powerful celebration of rest, stillness and self acceptance. Created for Dea’rt Istanbul by artist and restorer Derya Kurdoğlu, this pair of rounded, body positive figures in warm off white tones is designed to bring a quiet, grounding presence to shelves, consoles and bedside tables.
Each Luna figure is sculpted with a tactile, hand textured surface that catches gentle light and shadow, echoing clay and plaster studio pieces. Displayed together, they feel like two different moments in the same inner journey: one stretching upward, one turning gently inward.

This duo consists of two complementary seated silhouettes in broken white. The taller variation raises her arms overhead in an expansive stretch, symbolising awakening and spacious breath. The smaller variation curls into a soft embrace, holding her knees and resting in deep introspection.
Together they create a visual dialogue between opening up to the world and retreating into protective stillness. Their abstract faces and simplified forms invite viewers to project their own emotions, making the sculptures feel personal rather than literal.
Inspiration – Rituals of Rest and Everyday Stillness
Kurdoğlu imagined Luna as a tribute to the quiet rituals that anchor our days: morning stretches, evening reflection, a few calm moments between tasks. The rounded forms and generous curves celebrate softness and comfort instead of perfection, echoing the idea that true serenity is found when we allow ourselves simply to be.
The broken white tone references moonlight and plaster maquettes from an artist’s studio, while the hand modelled texture suggests the gentle imperfections of handmade objects we love and live with for years.
