Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

All returns must be requested by email before sending any item back. Please contact info@deartistanbul.com to start your return request. We will provide the return address and step by step instructions once your request is approved.

The Aegion Antique Zeus Fragment Sculpture is a refined wall fragment style bust inspired by the timeless imagery of Zeus, king of the Olympian gods. Created for Dea’rt Istanbul by artist and restorer Derya Kurdoğlu, this piece presents a serene, bearded Zeus face rendered as if taken from an ancient temple relief, then elevated on a slim rod above a stone like plinth.
Finished in soft architectural grey with subtle stone speckles, the sculpture captures the quiet power of classical statuary while feeling light and contemporary. Styled on a console, bookshelf or office credenza, Aegion brings a gallery worthy, museum inspired presence into your space.
Inspiration – Thunder, Order and Quiet Majesty
In Greek mythology, Zeus is the father of gods and men, ruler of sky and thunder, protector of order and justice from his throne on Mount Olympus. Rather than depicting him in a dramatic pose, Kurdoğlu chose a calm, frontal fragment: half broken edge, thoughtful eyes and flowing beard.
This controlled stillness suggests a god who watches rather than shouts—an image of authority, wisdom and inner strength. The fragmentary form hints at ruins, archaeology and time worn marble, allowing the piece to feel both ancient and modern at once.
